# Install Glasp Extension

When you install the Glasp extension and visit a YouTube video, you'll see a " Transcript and Summarize" button next to the video.

To install the Glasp extension on Google Chrome follow these steps:

1. Open Google Chrome on your computer.
2. Go to glasp [official website](https://glasp.co/).
3. Click on Install on Chrome.<br>

4. You will be directed to the Chrome Web Store.

Click on the "Add to Chrome" button in the top right corner of the page

5. A pop-up window will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to add the extension. Click "Add extension" to proceed.

Wait for the installation to complete, which should only take a few seconds.

Once the installation is complete, you should see the Glasp icon in the top right corner of your browser.
